How does trip planning work?
You share your dates, budget, and interests. Your planner sends a day-by-day itinerary within 3 business days, you revise it together, and we book once you approve.
What does the from-price include?
Lodging, in-country transport, guided activities, and support during the trip. International flights are quoted on the side so you can use miles if you prefer.
How far ahead should I book?
3 to 6 months for most trips, and 6 to 9 months for cherry blossom season in Japan or the December holidays. We take shorter timelines when space allows.
Can you plan a trip for a group?
Yes. We plan for solo travelers, couples, families with kids, and groups up to 12. Groups over 8 travel with a second guide.
What if I need to change or cancel?
We build refundable options where they exist and list each supplier's cancellation window in writing before you pay. Travel insurance is offered on every booking.
