Accessibility statement
Our goal
Effective date: 2026-07-04.
Wanderlust Travel Co. wants every visitor to be able to read this site, navigate it, and start a trip inquiry, whatever tools they browse with. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C.
Measures on this website
Text and background colors meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios, every interactive element shows a visible focus outline, and every image carries alt text describing its content.
Each page has one h1 with headings in order below it, the navigation and all forms work by keyboard alone, and a skip to content link is the first focusable element on every page.
Known limits
The demo version of this site uses placeholder images: SVG stand-ins for photographs of trips, the office, and our founders. Their alt text describes what each final photo will show, but the placeholder images themselves carry little visual detail. They will be replaced with photographs, each with specific alt text, before launch.
Accessibility at our office
The office at 1240 Bay Street, Suite 12, San Francisco, CA 94123 has a step-free entry from the street and an elevator to our floor. If you need particular accommodations for a meeting, call ahead at (415) 555-0148 and we will plan for them. Most planning happens by phone and email, so an office visit is never required.
Report an issue
If any part of this site is hard to read or use with your setup, call (415) 555-0148 or email [email protected] and tell us the page and the problem. We respond within 5 business days and schedule confirmed fixes for the next site update.
